The staff is polite here, the services are amazing, and location is stunning close enough to beautiful bakeries. Their rooms are always extremely spacious and immaculate with a view of the Eiffel Tower, a balcony. Freshly cooked dishes can be found in the gourmet restaurant.

The room I stayed in was well-appointed and brand-new with a balcony. The hotel was newly renovated and in a central location.

Clean hotel with especially helpful and extremely helpful employees at the reception and in charge of service. Large breakfast with a great selection of options to choose from. Fantastic, incredible location in 6th arr. District very close to a great park and playground for the kids, and large department store. Also, easy to reach via short cab ride or metro. Early check-in, parking nearby.

Had good sleep at the grand superior king room with balcony and a nice view, as for instance. It was in a marvellous location really close to the charming shops, beautiful bakeries, authentic Parisian lifestyle, non-touristic yet luxury, cool and under-the-radar and fabulous Paris. Furthermore, right next to the Sevres-Babylon Metro stop.

Great location.
Asked for one king bed before checking in, and still received 2 single beds pushed together. Rooms are in need of some renovation to make it good value for money.

We ordered the junoir suit which was not at all as we expected it was small without a sitting area, the instead they gave as the eiffel suit which was great but if we did not have the money to pay we could have a bad stay !!

The service provided by the staff was excellent. They were always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. The gym facilities were top-notch, providing a great space for a workout during my business trip.
The room temperature was initially too hot, causing slight discomfort. However, it was promptly resolved by the hotel staff.

The people in the bar were good, room service was fast.
Rooms are not very noise proof. Rooms were worn and need updating. For the price of a Ritz Carlton, it felt like a motel 6 inside the rooms.

This was my second time at this hotel. Last time -12 yrs ago- was on a business trip, this time purely for pleasure. The location of the hotel is excellent, the room nice, quiet and clean. The breakfast excellent and worth the eur 26 charged. Staff professional and friendly.
The room was overpriced. I remember I thought so last time too. The room and the bathroom are pretty basic and though comfortable enough I am sure I can get the same quality for eur 75 less. My room was for smokers. Luckily there was no trace of smoke, so I did not need to ask for another room. In 2011 no smoking ought to be the default booking, and it should be smokers who have to take the trouble to get the room of their choice.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at this luxurious boutique hotel were incredibly kind and genuine. The unique design of the specialty suites dedicated to various artists was impressive, especially the Coppola Penthouse Suite with its mid-century chic and collaboration with Francis Coppola. The attention to detail was impeccable, with vintage cameras, art pieces, and shelves of books that made us want to sit and read all day. The marble bathtub with a view and the cloud mattress in the bedroom were absolute highlights. The three balconies with Eiffel Tower views and the rooftop with sun beds offered breathtaking vistas. The impeccable customer service, 24/7 room service, spa with a large indoor pool, and helpful concierge added immense value to our stay.
Felt a sense of home care throughout the hotel, and had no complaints whatsoever.
